Never tried before but will buy again delicious and flavorful.

I found it delicious. I actually liked it better then the one I get from a restaurant! Very.good!

I purchased this meal and when I got home I decided to cook it and I found small little worms in the meat I had to take it back although the lady from Sam’s club wasn’t so interested in what I was saying she advised they couldn’t take it back because it was cooked . I don’t recommend this at all is the worse meal kit ever .

Very disappointed wih this purchase/item. No Best By or any type of production date/information at all on packaging or any items included- completely unacceptable!! Sauces was not sealed fully & leaked all over everything making a huge mess and very annoying!!

I thought I would try this as we love gyros and I was in the club anyway. We didn’t find it to be easily or convenient (had to pan fry the gyro meat to get the correct texture), portion was small, and the tzatziki sauce provided was more like ranch dressing. Everything was…off. One and done for us.

The lamb and beef meat was good The Tzatziki and Spicy Tzatziki was was very flavorful The Pita bread was terrible and should have never been refrigerated, they should have packaged it better or had a better way of cooking them to make them more softer and tastier

So good as long as you don’t follow the microwave instructions. Thankfully I only cooked about a 1/3 of it in the microwave. Followed instructions and the meat came out like flavored cardboard, or what I imagined flavored cardboard would taste like. Not very appetizing. But cooked in the skillet. Wowsers it’s good. And there is a lot of meat! The bread could be better, but the meat made up for the lackluster bread. I thought there was plenty of sauce, but I didn’t douse the gyros in sauce. I wanted to taste the meat, not the sauce.

Well, there's no question that this gyros kit is tasty and convenient. Unfortunately, it also comes with salmonella poisoning (12/2024). We got the recall notice AFTER consuming it and after getting sick. For that reason, I can never trust this product again.

The food item was expired when I bought it and I didn’t realize until I went to prepare it the next night. It had expired 4 days prior to purchase date. I was not going back to an area near a Sam’s within 2 weeks, so it was thrown out and not able to return. Lesson learned, always check dates! Was not able to try and was super bummed since I LOVE gyros!

We like this kit, but to be honest we don't use it as intended. Rather, we buy along with the Sam's Caesar salad and we warm up the gyro meat from this kit to mix into a salad, with the tzatziki sauce as well, and my wife and I get two excellent meals out of it. We put the pitas in the fridge and use them for other stuff. ;-)
