I switched my dogs to this food and they really enjoy it….. but….. it is gone from the Sam’s clubs around me so now I need to switch my dogs to another food. I also ordered some for pickup and they canceled my order and didn’t give me a refund. Seems like a lousy way to do business, guess it’s time to take my business elsewhere.

For the second consecutive week I attempted to buy Members Mark dog food (Lamb and Brown Rice) but it was out of stock. This is probably the 4th or 5th time this year this product has been out of stock. There are no locations within 150 miles of my location that have this. I am not going to continue to change my dogs diet due to your constant stocking issues. I buy 2 bags of this product every couple of weeks and it is one of the main products that I keep my membership for. I am going to let my membership expire if this issue is not corrected before I am due to renew my membership. I am also tired of there being more associates at the exit checking receipts than there are actual cashiers. Shopping at your stores is no longer a pleasure and definitely not worth paying annual dues for.

Gave my dog the worst severe allergic reaction and infection that lasted two weeks. He was an absolutely miserable mess! Had to finally take a trip to the vet, cost me $68 that I could not afford. I will never buy this dog food again! Still have some, don’t want to throw it away but I can’t feed it to my dog! Would love my money back!

My dog loves this food, thrives on it. HOWEVER, the bag it's packaged in is TRULY awful, CAN'T be re-sealed like the previous packaging. Packaging is SO bad, it knocks my review down from 5 stars overall to ONE star overall, and a "do not recommend". The previous bag had zip seal closure on it to keep it fresh, NOT possible to re-seal this bag. I'll have to figure out some alternate storage to keep it from getting stale. How much could POSSIBLY been saved by eliminating the zip sea? Fifty cents, MAYBE? I'd rather pay the extra few cents for a bag that's actually USEABLE.

I've been using this brand for many years for my Golden Retreivers and suddenly they change the packaging. Unbeknownst to me (I wasn't thinking it was even a possibility) the new packaging does not have a closable tab. I was disappointed, since it keeps the food so much fresher and helps me due to arthritis, but figured, when in Rome... When I cut the top open and spread the opening to dip out a serving, the bag ripped down the side and my guy thought he had died and gone to heaven. Dog food ALL OVER THE FLOOR!!. I wound up taking the old bag from the garbage and transferring the new contents to the previously used bag (WHICH WAS A FEAT IN ITSELF). If I can no longer get the old-type packaging, I will have to switch to another store to buy his food. As it is, I have to travel 50 miles one way for supplies once a month so buying somewhere closer really makes a whole lot more sense. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BRING BACK THE BAGS WITH THE ZIPPER-STYLE CLOSURE!!

It would be a great dog food but there is never any available so now I’m in the process of finding a different brand. What happened to you stocking your own brand or at least making it available for delivery that is one of the reasons I bought the plus membership

I have never seen my pup react this way to a dog food. When the package arrived, he just stared at it. Opening the package he was ecstatic. He then guarded the bag. I used to be able to fill his bowl and he would nibble through the day. He scarfs this bowl.

Both of my dogs, one large breed Bull Mastiff and one Treeing Coonhound, reacted negatively towards this food. Both had skin issues within a week. I try to keep to Lamb or Salmon/White fish recipes. I did not have this issue with the MM Salmon & Sweet Potato.

Good quality dog food for your pet without breaking the bank. My lab loves this food. It is the only food she loves. We have tried other dog foods and have had problems. The lamb and rice are a great value. It is easy on her stomach and her coat looks amazing now that we have found the right food for her.

Not sure if this stuff needs to be recalled again, but both my dogs have had liquid stools when we switch to this. Had to go buy a different bag of dog food immediately and I’m sitting on 35# worth of wasted money. This product use to be something my dogs like to eat between the lamb and rice and the salmon variation they also offer from members mark.
