Poor Cosmo, my non-finicky active 4 year old Australian Shepherd, is confused today about the taste of his food. Over the last 5 hours I have watched him return to his food bowl and eat a few nibbles of his new Lamb & Rice food and then walk away. I guess it's an acquired taste. I will definitely return to buying his regular Large Breed Adult food he has always enjoyed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My picky poodles love this dog food. My girl poodle will pick out the actual pieces of meat. Then when she realizes I'm not putting more food out she goes back to Finnish the food. My boy poodles just eats it all up like a jambalaya lol I love all the protein content. So it's a win win for this cajun toy poodle family.

My dob Robin really likes the flavor of the food but for some reason, she leaves the morsels for the very last. Since we bought this product, she started to eat grass to induce vomit. Apparently, her stomach can't digest it very well and she needs more fiber.

She loves hearing the food put in the bowl and can't wait to eat. After she was rescued she needed to put on some weight and this food has definitely accomplished that in a good way.

I rescued a 4 year old chihuahua mix and could not find anything she would eat. I tried different kinds of soft and hard foods even combining them and wasted more than my little girl would eat. I even tried a couple of very expensive brands. I was desperate. Finally a friend told me about Purina One and my fur baby loves it. Ate 3/4 cup right out of the bag dry. We tried the lamb small breed. Thank you Purina.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we got our dog from the rescue group they recommended Smart Blend Adult dry food. Smart Blend the only food they feed to puppies, kittens, dogs and cats. It is reasonably priced, easily available and Buster loves it.

I wanted to try a different dog food that was easier on my new dogs stomach. We have had two dogs previously who at an early age have died from their stomach flipping. So I looked at the amount of protein and the cost and the fact that I knew Lamb and Rice was easier on the stomach. So far we had had no issues and she loves her dog food. I vote for Purina One Lamb and Rice good dog food.

I adopted a GSD who was undernourished with a coarse coat and frequent diarrhea. After switching to Purina One Lamb & Rice I definitely noticed a change. Her coat is softer and shiny and her poop is firm. Only negative is that there are a lot of weird, hard clusters in the dog food along with the kibble. My dog doesn't like these and will leave them in her dish. It makes it so that I get less food than I paid for

My dog usually leaves a little of his food in his bowl and wanders back later to finish it off. During the Purina One Challenge my dog not only finished every bit but would then keep licking his bowl long after the food is gone. Pretty sure this means my dog has chosen his own food and since he seems livelier, shinier and healthier, I agree and we are officially switching to Purina One.
