[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did the 28 day challenge with purina one, my dogs are usually unsure about switching food but the absolutely loved this dog food, it did not last long once it hit the bowl. My dogs seemed to have more energy and a shiny coat.

I took the 28 day challenge and this was the best thing I’ve done for my dogs! They all 3 love the food, we are on our 3rd bag and I couldn’t be happier! Lamb and rice has helped with allergies, their eyes look brighter, their fur is beautiful and the ENERGY they have is ridiculous!!!! First dog food all 3 love and when they hear me putting food in their bowls they come running, never did that before, EVER! Thank you PURINA !!! Thank you Thank you, Can’t say it enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having raised rottweilers for over 20 years, I have done a lot of research trying to find the best food for their health. Each of my dogs have had unique needs, and there have been a lot of sacrifices to provide the right food for their various needs. Ingredients and nutritional balance of this food is on par with the top foods I have used, and at a fair price point. Our three dogs are doing great on this food!

One dog of ours gobbles it up she can’t seem to get it into her body faster now must be very tasty. The other dog is a bit of a free eater and likes to be hand fed the little lamb nuggets yes she’s a bit of a princess however they both seem to love your product the only thing I can agree on is good skin because they both have dry skin. I was hoping this would help but I would definitely recommend it as it has good protein And real meat and no crap byproducts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time trying and he devoured the food instead of allowing it to sit in his bowl. So far so good but his stomach gets irritated easily so hoping this won’t upset his stomach. Time will tell but so far so good.

I have 3 Shih Tzu's and one Poodle and the Purina Lamb and Rice is the only food all 4 of them eat well. They actually enjoy meal time and their stool is more solid and better formed. I have 2 other brands in here right now and one, they won't even touch and the other, they'll eat if I HAND feed them one kibble at a time. I called several of the dog food makers to see if any of their ingredients were imported from China. Happy to say, Purina representative said she feeds her own dog Purina and would never do that if they used any imported ingredients. That was comforting. My dogs are very special to me and I want only the best for them. The best (unanimous decision) I Purina Lamb and Rice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog loves this dry food and he's been very picky at his older age when it comes to dry foods. It mixes perfectly with the lamb and brown rice wet foods and he eats it all every time. I noticed a significant change in his energy and coat.

I have a two year old German Shepard who has had several issues since I purchased him at 12 weeks old. The sellers told me he had growing pains, he was very week in all four legs for over a year. The vet could not diagnose him and really I started thinking he had a degenerative disease since he was not getting better at two years old. I was purchasing expensive dog food from our local feed store that he would not eat without canned, well I ran out of dog food and the local feed store was closed. I ran over to the local grocery store and saw a bag that said Lamb and Rice (Purina One) and decided this is probably the best choice. Well got home and put a scoop in his bowl and got ready to open a can of dog food to mix it in so he would eat. He started eating before I had a chance to put the canned food in. I could not believe he was eating this without the can and I thought he likes it. Approx two days later on this food he actually started walking better and I thought hmmm was it really the food this whole time. Its been one week on the Lamb and Rice Purina One and I can not believe my eyes he is actually running around (not completely 100%, keeping a real close eye on his progress though) he is playing with my other german shepard and seems real happy and feeling great. I have not had to give him any canned dog food and that I was giving to him for over one year. At this point I am not going to change this brand of dog food to any other and will give more updates in a couples of weeks. I am just so happy and would recommend this food to everyone!!! Why has the formula changed and what are the big soft pieces in my dog's food? I have been feeding my dog the Purina One Lamb and Rice dry formula for as long as I have had her and she usually can not get enough. Up until recently, since the formula has included the large soft pieces that look like bread, my dog WILL NOT eat this food at all. I really do not understand why the formula was changed, but strongly urge you to return to the original formula with out the large soft pieces because my dog can not stand them and has even gone as far as to dump her food out to eat everything but these weird pieces of food. Please change the formula back because until it returns, I will have to find another brand for my dog to eat.
