My dog has always been a dog with extra needs. He went through all kinds of allergen reduced dog foods. It was awful. He got to a point where he refused to eat them. I thought that if I gave him time and no treats, he would start eating the allergen free vet recommended junk. He didn't. four days sent by and I felt like an awful puppy parent. I had been researching possible brands that could accommodate his needs without breaking my bank. The first bowl of the lamb and rice formula convinced him and me that we'd found the best possible match. Hilariously, he will eat out all of the meat chunks and leave the other bits until later. I am so happy we found this food.

Last month I bought a bag of this same dog food from another retailer. Prior to that, the last couple bags I purchased from Sam's had what looked like 'bread crumbs' all throughout the bag and a lot of them. The bag I purchased from another retailer did not have these 'bread crumbs' in the bag. I decided to try Sam's again, prepared to return the dog food if it had any bread crumbs in it. It did not this time. The only change this time is that Sam's increased the price again.

I've used Purina One, lamb and rice for years. It was actually suggested as a great dog food from a vet. With it, there are no skin problems or tummy issues. All three of our dogs will steal food from the other dogs' dishes, just so that their dish will have a few kibbles left. It's pretty funny. Good product!

We've searched from RR dry food fo purina one. Most all of our dogs were on purina, but since getting our Mal mix we decided on doing a higher protien diet. She absolutely love the food as well as our 6 yo yorkie! However we never recieved any coupons for the food. We will continue using purina one, our experience in the past with other foods have caused hair loss and loose stools and overall unhappy dogs. With purina one she likes both the chicken and lamb!

I had always looked for pricey brands and had fed grain free for over a decade because I had heard that was best. After hearing that grain free was potentially harmful, I found research on Purina dog foods. I was just floored by how my dogs were finally excited for a dry food and that it was from Purina! The price point is good, because we have seven bellies to fill, and I cannot believe how shiny and soft everyone's coats are now! I am very very pleased with this product.

I liked that it is a reasonably priced dog food and that I would be able to buy again. My dog much preferred the wet food, but I generally on feed him dry food. I liked the it is grain free.

And this one is officially the one he likes the most! We did have him on purina moist and meaty, but I think we will continue that once he gets older and needs it!

We have 14 dogs that we rescued years back now ages 4-12. They all were raised eating selected Purina Dog foods. When one of our oldest came down with pancreatitis we started to feed her Lamb and Rice. She still has it but it has helped her deal with it and has showed major signs of remission. Now we are giving some of our others the same. We are very pleased with the outcome and will continue to feed Lamb and Rice to them. Thank You VERY Much.
