Our Springer Spaniel had a ton of skin problems and no matter what we tried we just could not help him. Our vet said that it was probably an allergy to something and that food was a good place to start. The ingredients in Purina One were what he said we needed so we started to feed our boys the chicken and rice , they got better but not great then we were told to try the lamb. Well after a few bags the problems started to reverse . Now he is sore and itch free and his coat is beautiful. Long story short we will be using Purina One Lamb and Rice from now on.

We have used Diamond Lamb & Rice for our Boxer since we got her at 6 months old, we thought she just had anxiety and not eating because she hated when we left, we would put the dog food down and it would be there almost all day until she would eat it. A couple months ago I was at Walmart and didnt have time to go to Tractor Supply to get the Diamond brand so I found the Purina One Lamb and Rice and decided to try it out, she LOVED it and now she eats it as soon as we put it down and feeding her about 3 times a day. She has put on about 10-15 pounds and now she looks healthy - before she weighed about 45/50 pounds as a 2 year old boxer and now she is weighing about 60-65. Im so happy we switched and will continue to buy this forever!

I just purchased a bag of Putin’s ONE SMARTBLEND lamb & Rice formula for my 11 year old Border Collie. He normally eats a different brand but the store was out so I thought I’d go with Purina. As soon as I poured it into his bowl I noticed that there were brown pieces that had no shape and had white spots on them. Upon closer investigation...I picked one up and tried to break it in half.Granted there were some different color pieces that actually had a shape that looked like dog food. But the majority of the bag was the rather large multi sized pieces that just tore and looked like dust when they pulled apart

I didn’t want it to go to waste so I let the neighbors dog have it. Highly recommend their dog finished it in a couple of days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs will not eat grainfree food. This lamb and rice has good ingredients and my great dane loves this food and he is really picky about what he eats. Before his ribs were showing , now they don't and he has more energy. It is a great dog food

I have 2 dogs and one has Dilute coat color alopecia and this food has not only stopped hair loss but he has kept what he has and there is some new hair growth. My dogs beg to be fed and know exactly when it's time for meals. They prefer lamb and really like this and I wouldn't consider another brand.

I honestly don't know what I would do without her so keeping her as healthy as possible is top priority for me.

My late wife's black Lab thrived on Purina One Lamb & Rice formula. As her guide dog was a Lab, loving the flavor goes without saying. We found Maddy's stool was always of ideal consistency, and not putrid-smelling. She also passed much less stool than with other foods, utilizing more for nutrition and wasting less. I noticed that other foods that were billed as "equivalent," did not smell as fresh, and much more "ashy" than Purina One. Your product is far superior to the others we tried, even some of the "science" brands, and quite reasonably priced.

I've fed my dogs Purina One for years and when they added the meaty chunks they added a needless hassle. My dogs love the meaty chunks and will spread the hard chunks over the whole house sorting through a bowl to get at what they like. This is the best food you can buy and that's why I haven't changed brands; I tried at one point because of the food all over the house. But I ended up coming back to Purina One because nothing beats it. I just wish I didn't need to clean up so much food off of the floor.
