[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a chicken free dog food that has grains. Tried Purina True Instinct Turkey and Venison. So far, my picky eaters love it. I have to wait to see if their coats and poop improve. I wanted a low residue dog food to prevent excess pooping and this food was recommended. Many other "designer" foods have legumes, which are not healthy for dogs. Those dog foods also often add chicory, which is a mild laxative.

He was on the hill science diet dry food since we got them from the pound three years ago he just turned three years old on November 6 and we kept the dog regimen that they had him on when we adopted him from the Pat. Charlie is not just a family dog. He is also an emotional support dog for my 30-year-old son who has Autism and has recently been declared mentally incompetent. So it’s very good for my husband and I that Charlie is healthy well fed and get some nutrition that he deserves. We decided to switch to Purina one because it was a little bit cheaper. We don’t get any financial support from the government. We take care of our son and it was starting to get a little expensive so we decided to try Purina one and he loved it a lot better. There’s different textures in the food, it comes in a bigger bag, much much much more cheaper and he eats more of it than he did his previous brand. I can always find it at the store I go to they’re never out of it.

It's even perfect for my more picky dog who doesn't always want to eat her food. With this food though just one whiff was enough to make her want to try it, and once she did she was hooked.

My family all recommend this brand and notices differences in their dogs appearance and activities. We are fairly new to this brand, but see good results so far. My son's dog has stomach issues and has been turned around using this dog food. My parents vet recommend for their dogs who has allergies And what a differwnce. I will keep using this food for my pups, as I have seen more good reviews and results than bad. Thank you for making highly nutritious pet food.

I have never seen my picky dog take to a food so quickly! It has tons of the meat-pieces and less of the kibble, which I think makes all the difference for him. Will be buying this food every time!!!!

She had been attacked for a month by the last owner's large dog and has over 35 bite marks on her body. Providing her with a diet rich in protein will help her body heal. Thsnk you!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] She loves this food as an adult dog who loves to run and play at the dog park every day. She is 3 years old and plays like a puppy. Lacey is a herding dog but doesn't have any sheep to herd so she herds other dogs instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was leary to try a new food, but I had recently switched from a different brand to Purina dry food and decided to go wild. My dog had become complacent around the food bowl and was bored with the food I was feeding him, leaving the bowl full more often than not. However, the first bowl I fed him of this wild blend food he hasn't left a bite in the bowl since. He likes the turkey and venison best, but for variety, we will buy the wild salmon blend as well every once in a while.
