Great product! I have always fed Purina dogfood, but with my most recent addition to my home came a fussy eater. He never seemed interested in eating at all. I tried 3 different kinds of puppy food,but he just didn't seem to care for any of it, and was always thinner than I felt he should be. So when I made his transition from puppy chow to adult dogfood I decided that I would give this a try. Instantly my very picky little eater became a happy,hungry,excited about meal time dog. It was sure a welcome change. That was 3 years ago now,but his love for this food hasn't changed. He stays in perfect body condition, has a beautiful shiny soft coat, and is always excited about chow time! He is always energetic and playful. This is a top quality affordable dogfood! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have gone through every single dog food imaginable and this is the one my dogs will eat every single time. They tend to be picky eaters, but they absolutely love the true instinct, turkey and venison.

My mom's dogs have sensitivity to chicken so we tried this protein and they love it!! I adopted two beagles that are surprisingly picky with kibble, and they love this food too! I tried other foods for my 1st beagle when I got him, but his coat is wonderful on this food. This food is also the only one that keeps his "passings" solid! Thank you Purina for this wonderful food!

PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS! My 14 y.o. dog got very sick, (runs, lethargy, labored breathing,) and wouldn't eat for days after 2 days of having this food. We thought it was just his age catching up to him, but then my 4 y.o. dog quit eating it too and had severe vomiting the 3rd day of serving this dog food. The "venision" pieces are like Styrofoam or packing peanut consistency. Almost synthetic looking. Please, don't risk it. Buy another dog food.

We tried the True Instinct Turkey and Venison and they all loved it. It’s nice to be able to get only one bag of food for them. I highly recommend this!!!

It was suggested by our son to try the purina one true instinct turkey and venison that he feeds his dogs. We noticed improvements in just a few weeks and she loves the food. I've been jumping between handful, blue wilderness, and purina one. Every single time I put down the purina one, my pup runs to the bowl and inhales it! Wasn't quite the same experience with the blue wilderness. I admit I do need to add in more wet food as well, but as a whole, my pup does well with purina one - she eats well, she has good energy, her coat is shiny, her breath doesn't smell too bad, and she doesn't throw up a whole lot - she actually got hiccups the other night from eating her dinner so quick!

My Husky has always been a finicky eater. I was worried about his eating habits and saw this dog food recommended on the internet. I switched and he immediately loved it. I can’t get it in the bowl fast enough for him. I feel relieved that he is eating regularly and his coat looks gorgeous, the best it has since we got him. Fluke and I feel this food is well worth the money.
