I purchased based on LG's excellent reputation for dependability. The refrigerator and freezer are roomy! I am limited on space and did not want a bottom freezer, so this was my option. I was disappointed that the icemaker was not factory installed and I had to pay extra for the kit which did not include tubing. The inside is very basic. Just shelves and two lower bins. I am looking for pull out under shelf drawers and don't see them offered on your website. I also was surprised to find that there is no light in the freezer. I overlooked that feature when looking at options for my kitchen but I now feel 'nickel and dimed' between the icemaker, pull out shelves and the light in the freezer. I feel the price I paid didn't reflect a stripped down, garage ready model. All that was really included was the inside water dispenser. I would appreciate a response. Thank you

It's larger than my previous fridge, while being so efficient that it has basically the same power consumption. It also has a dispenser, which was my main desire. If it could also have an ice maker at the same time, it would be even better. Maybe the next model will have both!

Have had it less than 4 months and it has already broken down and I have already been waiting 2 weeks for a repair person to come out and look at it. Still have atleast 8 more days before they are scheduled to come out. Very disappointed in the service center

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shopping for something that was more function that style, this is great refrigerator for what I needed. It still has the convenience of chilled water and ice but doesn’t have bulky doors and lost storage space for in door dispensing. The outside is simple stainless without handles so it has a very clean look and matched other stainless appliances well.

I bought 2 refrigerators and so far I love them both. Didn't realize how much my old frig. wasn't as cold in the freezer section as the new ones are. Buying 2 and putting them side by side (flipping the door on one) and creating a almost commercial style was the way to go!! However the wait on the ice maker almost a month a little inconvenient.

Horrible refrigerator. I wanted to return and can’t. Very upset I have to keep this. There is no light in the back of the fridge, only front. Too dark to see what’s there, never had a fridge that wasn’t bright inside. If I knew I would have never got it. Bad enough it has no drawer for lunch meats. Not happy at all.

We have an LG frig under warranty that wasn’t getting cold enough and they came out within 24 hours and looked at it and ordered parts to be delivered the next day. That is the fastest repair I have ever experienced by an appliance company and the repair technician was terrific and friendly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 1 year ago. For the first 11 months everything was great. Then a noise started, and eventually the circulation fan failed. It took almost a month to get it fixed due to parts back log and time to get a technician out. Now that it has been fixed, everything is great again.

It was delivered in January and quit running in June. We lost all of our food and had to take a day off of work for the repair man. Plus when we got it home we realized it didn't have a freezer light. It has a fancy water dispenser that we can t use , but no light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is nice and cold, as is the freezer. But there is no light in the freezer, and that is disappointing. We also found it is difficult to find things in the fridge, as we are not used to bending over. (Previously had a bottom freezer).
