Have had it less than 4 months and it has already broken down and I have already been waiting 2 weeks for a repair person to come out and look at it. Still have atleast 8 more days before they are scheduled to come out. Very disappointed in the service center

It was rated very well by Consumer Reports and we can see why. Thank you LG, for your high manufacturing standards! Our next purchase will likely be an LG washer and maybe an LG dryer.

When my refrigerator failed, had to replace quickly. Did online research. Luckily, this was a great choice. Temperature control is very steady. There is lots of room. ONLY things I would change: I don't like the stainless steel front that shows fingerprints easily. I wish it had a meat compartment. And the butter compartment could be a little larger. But other than that, it was just perfect for my needs.

I purchased based on LG's excellent reputation for dependability. The refrigerator and freezer are roomy! I am limited on space and did not want a bottom freezer, so this was my option. I was disappointed that the icemaker was not factory installed and I had to pay extra for the kit which did not include tubing. The inside is very basic. Just shelves and two lower bins. I am looking for pull out under shelf drawers and don't see them offered on your website. I also was surprised to find that there is no light in the freezer. I overlooked that feature when looking at options for my kitchen but I now feel 'nickel and dimed' between the icemaker, pull out shelves and the light in the freezer. I feel the price I paid didn't reflect a stripped down, garage ready model. All that was really included was the inside water dispenser. I would appreciate a response. Thank you

we have had this for about 2 months. We chose it because it is an LG and we wanted the old fashioned freezer on top because it is most efficient. We did not get the ice-maker because that is troublesome on many models (not particularly LG). We are getting water on the top shelf

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a couple months ago and it is so easy to see everything inside and easily remove items I need. The recessed handles are a plus and love the small ice maker that makes ice fast and the water inside comes out nice and cold. It is perfect for two older adults.

I’m really liking this refrigerator after using it for a month. My only complaints are that it should come with a built in ice maker and that the freezer should have a light, otherwise it’s perfect. I love the wide door bins that can accommodate gallon milk jugs and large juice bottles. Overall it’s a very nice unit.
