[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our new LG refrigerator delivered a little over a week ago. The delivery guys were fantastic. They had to reverse the doors, level it and bring it in and put it in the place of the old one. It was a perfect fit, and all was fine. And then I put the food in it. Loaded the freezer and filled the fridge. That's when the mystery began. I opened the freezer door and there was this loud snapping sound coming from the hinge of the door. We could not figure it out. I called your helpline and after explaining the situation the representative thought that it was because it was not level. What?? It was level when they brought it in and placed it in its spot. How can it not be level now. Well, let me tell you it took four days, two grown men, a pry bar, and some very creative thinking to get a shim and some wood slabs behind it because there was a counter on one side and a wall on the other. Finally, after I figured out how to get the wheel up on the piece of wood behind it in the right-hand corner with some small, sloped shims, we got it in place, and it still wasn't level. It then took the two grow men to figure out they needed to level the front. They finally got it level and it works!!!!! Never have I ever had to do this with a fridge, and I have had quite a few. Now I love it and hopefully will never have to go through this again. But at least I will know how to fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge in June. I like that it is simple but spacious and modern looking without the frills. I don’t care for the bottom freezer or side by sides types. This fits perfectly in my kitchen with the other appliances I bought.

The filtered water line for getting a glass of cold water is a nice feature. Besides being the largest fridge I ever had, it looks great too with the stainless steel finish.

It still has the convenience of chilled water and ice but doesn’t have bulky doors and lost storage space for in door dispensing. The outside is simple stainless without handles so it has a very clean look and matched other stainless appliances well.

It is very, very quiet and keeps every thing cool and the freezer is large for its size and holds lots of food that I purchase. I love this refrigerator. It also comes with a nice warranty. It also dispenses cold water through the refrigerator that I use quite often.

When my refrigerator failed, had to replace quickly. Did online research. Luckily, this was a great choice. Temperature control is very steady. There is lots of room. ONLY things I would change: I don't like the stainless steel front that shows fingerprints easily. I wish it had a meat compartment. And the butter compartment could be a little larger. But other than that, it was just perfect for my needs.

I've had the refrigerator for 2 weeks. I ordered the ice maker separately from LG because it would not be available from the appliance store for more than 6 weeks. The refrigerator came with 4 small dents in the door, so the appliance store repairman will replace the door for us this week. He installed the ice maker and we do have water AND ice, contradictory to other reviews that I've read about this model. I miss having a meat and cheese drawer, but I kept the drawer from my old refrigerator and laid it on a shelf, but then it takes up space on the shelf. The refrigerator section is way big enough, but the freezer on top seems to be smaller than our old freezer part of the same size refrigerator.. I don't like all of the fingerprints on the front of the stainless steel refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an LG refrigerator in January 2022 and he decided to die last month. I will never buy another LG refrigerator again when it worked well it worked fine but the compressor decided to die and I consider it not money well spent.

Horrible refrigerator. I wanted to return and can’t. Very upset I have to keep this. There is no light in the back of the fridge, only front. Too dark to see what’s there, never had a fridge that wasn’t bright inside. If I knew I would have never got it. Bad enough it has no drawer for lunch meats. Not happy at all.
