We bought this top freezer refrigerator after lots of research and evaluation of other brands and models. We like it very much because it is functional, has lots of space both in the freezer and in the refrigerator, excellent control and distribution of cold air both in the freezer and in the refrigeration section. Easy to see what is in the shelves, and easy to clean. Extremely quiet. We are very pleased with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our new LG refrigerator delivered a little over a week ago. The delivery guys were fantastic. They had to reverse the doors, level it and bring it in and put it in the place of the old one. It was a perfect fit, and all was fine. And then I put the food in it. Loaded the freezer and filled the fridge. That's when the mystery began. I opened the freezer door and there was this loud snapping sound coming from the hinge of the door. We could not figure it out. I called your helpline and after explaining the situation the representative thought that it was because it was not level. What?? It was level when they brought it in and placed it in its spot. How can it not be level now. Well, let me tell you it took four days, two grown men, a pry bar, and some very creative thinking to get a shim and some wood slabs behind it because there was a counter on one side and a wall on the other. Finally, after I figured out how to get the wheel up on the piece of wood behind it in the right-hand corner with some small, sloped shims, we got it in place, and it still wasn't level. It then took the two grow men to figure out they needed to level the front. They finally got it level and it works!!!!! Never have I ever had to do this with a fridge, and I have had quite a few. Now I love it and hopefully will never have to go through this again. But at least I will know how to fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cant believe I waited this long to get the refrigerator freezer that I wanted! Is so spacious and exterior is easy to clean with Windex. SO much more space inside than y 18.2 cubic foot. SO nice not having handles as another place to clean around. I highly recommend this unit!

This very simple, no frills Refrigerator is great for bar or in an office kitchen. It does have an internal water dispenser that is very touchy. Only works about half the time. Then you have to bleed the air out and wait a minute, etc. too much of a hassle so I buy bottled water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this for about a month and so far the only compliant I have is there is no "lunch meat" drawer. We did not notice that at the time of purchase but boy did we notice it afterwards. We bought an after market add on which is working ok. After we installed the fridge in its new home, we realized the doors needed to be swapped. This was not an easy job and took us about 4 hours to complete. Not a fun day to day the say the least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is just under 2 years old and already the freezer fan died and had to be replaced--and it wasn't covered under the warranty; I ended up spending almost 50% of what I originally paid for the fridge, so this was an expensive and disappointing fix.

I purchased based on LG's excellent reputation for dependability. The refrigerator and freezer are roomy! I am limited on space and did not want a bottom freezer, so this was my option. I was disappointed that the icemaker was not factory installed and I had to pay extra for the kit which did not include tubing. The inside is very basic. Just shelves and two lower bins. I am looking for pull out under shelf drawers and don't see them offered on your website. I also was surprised to find that there is no light in the freezer. I overlooked that feature when looking at options for my kitchen but I now feel 'nickel and dimed' between the icemaker, pull out shelves and the light in the freezer. I feel the price I paid didn't reflect a stripped down, garage ready model. All that was really included was the inside water dispenser. I would appreciate a response. Thank you

I’ve had this refrigerator just at 2 weeks now. As far as the refrigerator itself goes it is working as it should be. A little noisier than I think it should be but it works. The terrible thing about this refrigerator is the design of the door going all the way to the floor. Within the first couple of days I caught my foot with it. Just this past weekend I did it again (and I’ve been very careful trying to keep away from the door) and this time it was very bad. I think the toe is broke and I will probably lose the nail. Very painful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an LG refrigerator in January 2022 and he decided to die last month. I will never buy another LG refrigerator again when it worked well it worked fine but the compressor decided to die and I consider it not money well spent.

Bought this in June 2022, September 2022 the freezer motor died. They sent out a repairman in October 2022, he had to order the part. Came back in November 2022 to fix it. It’s seems ok now. Did I mention that the repairman was very rude and ignorant, like he was being bothered to come out and repair it. The worst! Keep shopping around it’s not even worth the aggravation.
