Frigidaire Gallery 26lbs. Stainless Steel Ice Maker

We only had a year and there is pieces of metal coming off of the metal pieces that the ice is made,i would not recommend.I have had other ice makers and never had this happen before.

Overall this ice maker makes ice quickly, quietly and efficiently. The ice it makes is very soft, and it doesn't keep ice. The ice it makes will quickly melt if not placed in a freeze. So although it make ice, this item is terrible at keeping the ice.

Loud, takes a long time to make ice. Melts before you can get a glass full. Thin ice!! It's indefinitely not worth your

 time and money!!! I wish I had saved the box so I could take it back

No, don't buy

Works great, makes small batch ice every 10 minutes. Its really not that loud its a light hum,you tone it out rarher quickly. We put the ice in a gallon bag in the fridge so its always cold and handy and we are constantly stocked up!

It was a good try. I only used filtered water to ensure they would taste good. Asked her about two weeks I started tasting this metal flavor and nothing I did would change that. Then, after closer inspection, I see that there is metal shavings in my ice. It shuts off early and marks itself as full, even though there’s one tall skinny tower of ice cubes that are covering the light beam, and the rest of the bin is empty. I tried tilting it at an angle to help the ice fall into the basket properly and that didn’t help. . It’s also very noisy. It tries to be a good icemaker, but there’s these three obstacles instead of overcome first

Good try but not all the way there yet

This little ice maker is a game-changer! It cranks out ice fast, doesn’t hog counter space, and is perfect for RV life. In just a couple of hours, I can fill a freezer bag and have enough ice for several days. Reliable, compact, and works flawlessly—couldn’t ask for more.
