Works great!! Makes Ice fast. The only draw back but should be expected. It makes wet Ice so if you try to save it and put it in the freezer. It will freeze together. It you store in a gallon zip lock bag, you can break it up very easily. Very glad I bought it.

Ice is great - for a short while. Machine is not cold enough to keep ice from melting, so it becomes one big blob. Might be good for parties or one-off events, but not for daily/ongoing use.

It does work well the only problem is that you have to be there to empty and maintain it while it is making the ice. You can’t turn it on and leave for a walk or run errands. I wish I would have known that before purchasing.
