Some collagen has a weird taste to me, even if it is unflavored. I see a noticeable different in my hair, skin, and nails.

The thought of drinking it was actually quite weird to me, but the product was surprisingly not bad. I did not take the product long enough to see significant effects, but I am curious to keep taking it to find out.

I tried mixing it with water and was very surprised at how well the flavor was I was expecting it to be a lot more powdery. I think you’ll be a great to add into any sort of tea or coffee as well as just water.

I gave the 4 star score because I was hoping to mix the powder with my coffee. But it clumped & didn’t mix thoroughly. Fortunately I tried again in my juice with seamless results. I definitely will recommend this product with that slight caveat for those who might expect it with their morning Joe because all the benefits of collagen remain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently take biotin in tablet form for hair and nail health. I received a free sample of NeoCell Super Collagen Powder from PinchMe. You mix the powder with 8 ounces of water and drink it. The taste and smell were a bit chalky, but I liked that it wasn't sweet. The powder stayed mixed pretty well after initial stirring. Obviously I can't yet tell whether this performs better than the biotin, but all else being equal it's just more convenient to take a tablet.

My nails have always grown fast, but they were never very strong. Not anymore! It's amazing what this powder has done for my nails. They are growing so nicely and strong now. My hair is full and not as dull as it was just a couple of weeks ago. My skin is softer also. I am hoping it will even defeat the dreaded winter itch that will be coming soon with the colder weather. I think it will be up to the job. I am so happy with the results and I will continue using this wonderful product. Neocell contains a little scoop that measures just the amount you need! One scoop a day and you are set. I usually mix it in some juice but smoothies are good also. There is really no taste or smell. Mixes up nicely and doesn't clump up and it's super easy to drink. I definitely say give it a try if you want to improve yourself.

I was very excited about this sample and looking forward to it because I have wanted to give collagen powder a try for quite some time now. I first tried it out with regular hot water and found the taste to be a bit much for me, I was not a fan even if it was subtle. Then, I mixed a packed with a flavored black tea and it mixed great! I couldn't taste or smell any of the powder at all, it worked out to be the best method for me! I intend to buy the product again and make it part of my routine. I have since tried Vital Proteins and I will say Neocell seems to mix in better and not clump up as much. Thanks so much PinchME!

The fruit punch flavor is tasty. Best of all, the product contains Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is the packaging. Sometimes the wrapper has some of the collagen product exposed on the outside. I peel this off and then open the foil packaging. Otherwise, I have noted stronger nails and thicker hair.
