I mixed a vanilla packet into a glass of milk. It took quite a bit to get it to mix in enough to drink. The taste was surprisingly pleasant. The vanilla is the flavor I would purchase in the future. While I did receive 3 packets I am not sure that this is enough to really determine results on my hair, nails, and joints. I do think that this product taste good and is easy to use and I would be able to use the product long enough to see results.

The powder itself dissolves nicely in hot coffee. There is no clumping issues with it. I have noticed that my skin is starting to be better in terms of not being so dried out and the elasticity of it is getting better to point Im not having to bathe in lotion

My nails are getting longer and stronger. My nails don't usually grow very long so I wasn't expecting much from this product. I am happy to report it works for me. Also my skin on my face is softer and clearer since using this. My hair is already long and thick so not sure I will notice a lot of changes with this but it seems softer after being on this powder. i would highly recommend trying this product out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Neón Cell, Super Collagen sample were good to try flavor wise. The unflavored was tolerable, the berries one was good as well as the vanilla flavored one. All three flavor-wise were good. The powder mixed in the water nicely.
