I have used this product for several years. I make a coffee drink every day. Just add 2 scoops of collagen, coffee creamer (your favorite) add coffee. If it’s cold put it in the microwave to heat it up. You’ll notice a change in your nails, hail, and your bones. My knees give me trouble sometimes but with this it goes away after the second round of collagen.

I am happy to say that this powdered Neocell collagen is better than the pills of a different brand that I’ve taken for years. I noticed a difference within a week. I love the Neocell super collagen. I personally like to mix it in with my coffee in the morning. It mixes well and doesn't clump. There is no taste so it doesn't take away from my morning coffee. I've been using a powdered collagen product of some type for years and got my husband into it too.
