There is so many ways you can use this. I put it in my coffee and i make smoothies. My nails are looking so beautiful. They are growing fast and they are harder. The original flavored packet was indistinguishable from my morning coffee, the vanilla packet and the berry packet lightly flavored my cups of hot tea. Overall the flavors were nice, and the powder quickly dissolved with light agitation. I liked that the packaging was waxed paper instead of plastic.
