It mixes with liquid really well and does not leave any powder clumps or chalky taste behind. Also, it blends beautifully in with smoothies which is how I use it. The powder makes it easier for the body to absorb the collagen and it is easy to mix into water or any other drink, such as a smoothie etc. I love that I can even mix it into my coffee! The French Vanilla flavor is pretty good. I noticed that it's a bit harder to mix evenly if the water is ice cold. Overall, I think this product is a great and tasty way to support healthy joints, stronger hair and nails, and keeping skin youthful and glowing by slowing down the skin aging process a bit! I highly recommend this product for anyone as it is very easy to add to your daily routine of supplements!

I have been wanting to try a flavored collagen for a while so I was excited to get the French Vanilla flavored Super Collagen by Neocell. First of all, it smells fantastic! It has the most delicious vanilla scent. I added a scoop to my morning coffee. It dissolved almost instantly and left no clumps or cloudiness to my coffee. I added my usual almond milk, sweetener and a splash of half and half. My coffee smelled amazing! Unfortunately, that's about where the great things end. The collagen, while not horrible, did not taste that great. It had a vanilla flavor, but it tasted very artificial. It definitely wasn't the worst thing I've had, and I will continue to use it, but it's not something I would buy again. Maybe I would enjoy other flavors more, but the vanilla is just not for me.

I was very surprised that there was no taste even though it did state that on the product. I’ve already mentioned it to my daughter who is thinking of buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cousin has been making Collagen shakes for a few months, and swears by the results. I decided I should give it a try as my skin and nails seem to lack moisture and do not look great in the colder months. First, I am not a fan of powder shake mixes - they all boast great taste, and none really do. The Neocell Super Collagen French Vanilla, had a great scent - it really smells like vanilla! That was a plus for me. The second plus was that really dissolved well (I have been using it in my coffee), sometimes these products clump, this was not the case. It was sweet enough, but not over the top, that I did not have to add sugar to my coffee, but I did add cream. One scoop does the job, and although it has only been about a week, I do think my nails look better! If they work on the my nails is enough of a reason for me to keep using it. My cousin uses the flavorless shake mix, so if you are not into flavors there is always that option, and I did taste it and it is tasteless. Give it a try you have nothing to lose and the results may be pleasing to you.
