[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have a very nice design, as if they were real panties, the material is light, they are very comfortable and discreet, it is as if you had normal cloth underwear, they have very good absorbency quality and they also control the odor, they have a soft and beautiful smell, a little hard to open the package but it softens in seconds so no problem with that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw the claim for these, I snagged one up because my mother has water control issues and wears the bladder control pads so I figured I would claim knees and let her try the actual underwear. She is very independent and doesn’t really care for these because she says it feels like a diaper, but I got them and she tried them for nighttime and she said that, she liked how soft there was so the comfort was decent. As for odor control, she said she didn’t have any issues that when she had an accident that there was no smell. My mother had a stroke a few years ago and it affected her ability to control motor functions in her body like her arm and her bladder so she has bladder leakage when she sneezes, coughs and laughs. It is an unfortunate thing, but this helps her be able to control that in some form.

I don't feel anything wearing it. There's no odor or leakage. I wear this on my first 2days of my period at bedtime. I have always have a bad sleep worrying the leak on the bed but with this I slept well all.night with zero leakage. Wish I found this product sooner. Will continue to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have tried Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear, Peach, and I really like the design which fits my figure well and is comfortable (for incontinence underwear), it hides very well under clothing, he explained to me you can't tell I'm wearing Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear. As for its absorption power I can tell you that it is high, and it doesn't feel wet... It reminds me of the feeling I used to feel when I was menstruating .... I feel comfortable and confident when I wear it. It should be noted that I do not suffer from a high degree of incontinence.

I went with another brand and preferred it greatly. But three years later I find sometimes there is bladder leakage from a good belly laugh or a hard sneeze. But the worst for me is definitely during a sickness and involves a cough. That’s what I need full protection versus a pad. So I’m grateful to be able to have protection against leaks, and these are so stylish now that I don’t feel self-conscious wearing them. If the top peaks out, it looks like underwear not a diaper. They also protect really well against leaks.

I'm a young cancer survivor still fighting numerous tumors that keep popping up in my body and must use protection at night for the rest of my life. My mom's friend gave me a pair of Always Discreet Boutique to try. I really liked them. The seams are well made and hold well when pulled up after multiple nighttime bathroom visits. The store brands I can afford and the ones provided during my frequent, multiple hospitalizations rip at the seams and become useless. Always Discreet Boutique are very soft on my sensitive, radiated skin, comfortable, hug my curves well and are quiet. I wish they were available for a more budget-friendly price. I have so many medical supplies that are not covered by insurance. It's become my biggest expense-I can't even shop for fab clothes because of my medical needs. I'd love to receive samples of size S/M if they're available. Thank you for making me feel normal-ish again.

They are lightly scented and have a pretty bow in the front. I love that they provide up to 100% protection for my bladder control issues. They are also 100% discreet I can say that when I have them on, I feel like I am wearing pretty panties!
