These are just what I need for my daily trail walk. I tried the regular Always underwear, which was too much uncomfortable bulk between my legs. Discreet seems to have the same absorbency with less bulk. The underwear is softer and allows clothes to slide better.Anony

Great for my extremely harsh periods. Just wish my club would have kept this size in stock. They recently did away with xl for some reason.

I suggest going a size up from the weight category, the size I got was a little snug in the groin area at night, but otherwise, durable and comfortable during the day.

The sides are very stretchy so they fit a wide variety of body shapes. No worrying about these slipping off. Lastly, the material is very thin so there are no bulky panty lines showing through! No one will know you’re wearing this protection. You can be confident and confidential at the same time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these out for little accidents. They were very soft and stretchy and almost as comfortable as regular underwear. Noone knew I had them on and you couldn't tell. I cannot say on how they would do with big bladder leaks as I only tried for small "sneeze" leaks but I never felt any wetness. There is a light scent which may bother some but I thought it was nice. Overall I could see myself using these in the future.

The material is extremely soft and comfortable, where it feels like you are almost wearing regular underwear. The scent of the product itself almost has a very mild baby powder smell to it. This product feels very durable, as I've even used them working out. They seem fairly breathable as well. The only complaint I have is the sound they make when you squat/bend over. You can hear the material slightly, which makes me feel a little self conscious. To give my own background, I only have mild incontinence, from having four vaginal deliveries (and large babies). I mostly have stress incontinence but can also have random small leakages. I feel like this product definitely does the job and is way more comfortable than having a panty liner/thin pad in. I will continue to wear these while I work out, as they are super convenient and comfortable!

The product does not hold together as it should

ordered on line for club pick up. With only two items ordered, I didn't get out of car to check. My mistake. As I start to unload, I find that the box had been opened plus the packaging inside had been ripped open. It seems someone wanted to checkout the "pantie". Hated to give a One star rating. The product itself is fine. It's just that the employee should not have brought out a damaged product. HE should have been taught better.
