Sleek and fit like underwear but bunch a little in the crotch area sometimes. Nice lacy look on the outside. Nice slight scent to help with odor control, absorbs quite a bit of liquid but not full bladder release. Helps with diarrhea leakage as well.

I originally thought the Always Discreet Underwear would feel bulky and might be ill fitting. I was proven wrong. I liked that they felt light and comfortable. They weren’t itchy or irritating where the elastic is. They absorb well for their thickness. My concern is having to change out of them in not the most accommodating of places, making them less convenient themselves. A positive note is the security you get from the full coverage and anti-leakage technology. Good for long duration travel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to have these for postpartum but will NOT be using them- they are so, so, so fragrant. It’s 2026- don’t we all know fragrances are hormone disrupters? I am certainly not putting fragrance, much less this much fragrance anywhere near my who-ha especially when it’s been ripped open and is prone to infection. The stretch seems great but that’s about all I can say. My understanding is that Depends has some that are fragrance free. I’ll be using Rael.

You don’t hear them when I walk or more and you don’t see the texture or lining through my clothes any more than you would with my underwear. They are very easy to remove and the protection they give me allow me to enjoy life without worry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the package, I noticed how pleasant the smell is of the product. It definitely pleases me. I thought it was too big, but the size is perfect. Looks can be deceiving. It’s very comfortable and you could barely tell the difference between this and a regular underwear. The material is soft and I’m pretty sure it’s absorbent, but I had no need for that particular part of it at the moment, but I would definitely recommend.

They are very discreet, absorb very well. She was very happy and said she is going to start buy them mainly because they’re also sooooo soft!
