[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed with these Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear! They absorb extremely well, and do not leak whatsoever. They fit well for me, maybe a tad larger than I wanted, but I did lose weight recently. There have been no issues getting them on or off, it's just like putting on regular underwear, very soft and comfortable and doesn't cause any itchiness or discomfort or irritation. There is a subtle scent to these, which is perfect to help keep those bad smells at bay, and there is a really design at the top edge of the underwear. They aren't bulky at all, and they do not show lines or shapes while wearing pants, they are very smooth. I had no other issues with these - the only reason for four stars, is the price. They are a little pricey for only a 16 pack. I'm one of those women who believe that menstrual/incontinence pads/underwear should be super affordable for ALL women, no matter what. At these prices, it's slightly deterring me. But if I do get more of these, I will only need to use these when I'm having a bad bladder day, as these are perfect for providing the best absorption.

She liked that they were stretchy and they fit her as she has a larger frame. She also liked that she said they kept her dry and she didnt have any leakage she wore them to bed at night. She did say they kind of looked like she had a diaper on so she would not want to wear them during the day.

The are quick to absorb and have a leg cuff barrier to ensure that liquid is contained. They are lightly scented so that there is no offending odor when the product is used. They have markings so that it's easy to tell front from back and they fit without bulkiness so no one knows you have them on.

I like that they have the pattern on the front to indicate you are putting them on correctly. I was not expecting them to be scented but the scent is not terrible. Just be aware of that if you have allergies or sensitive skin.

These incontinence underwear are not the most comfortable but they do the job. The fabric like material is super stretchy but it still tends to cut in the leg hole area. There is plenty of pad in the underwear which can hold a good amount of fluid. I did notice there is a dark pattern running across the top of the underwear to show you which side is front. The dark pattern is only on the front of the underwear. I also noticed they have a scent which reminds me of baby powder or some type of scented powder. All in all, they are ok.

They seem to be absorbent enough for myself but I'm not sure how they would do with really heavy periods. The waistband could be a little higher but this works too.
