[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Always Discreet Boutique Maximum Underwear, and was honestly impressed with how comfortable in discreet they feel compared to traditional protective underwear. The first thing I noticed was the softer fabric like material. They feel much more like regular underwear than the bulky medical style products I've seen before. The fit was comfortable and fairly true to size and they stayed in place well throughout the day without feeling too tight or awkward.

Noone knew I had them on and you couldn't tell. I cannot say on how they would do with big bladder leaks as I only tried for small "sneeze" leaks but I never felt any wetness. There is a light scent which may bother some but I thought it was nice. Overall I could see myself using these in the future.

The only issue I’ve had was one of the inner lining started to come undone and folded not long after putting it on. That was the only one that I had that issue with. Other thank that they feel and work great. Don’t feel too bulky when wearing them either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The peach- colored Always Discreet Underwear Boutique (size: L) fits my curves nicely and looks quite flattering. Mind you, I have noticed a slight bulge in the mid section of my abdominal area (from the c-section scar). Also, the underwear tends to withhold heat during the hotter seasons, making the abdominal area become sweaty and unpleasant. The material is stretchy with a beautifully laced design, is somewhat durable (could tear easily if it's not handled with care while putting them on), low-rise, lightweight, stays in place, comfortable, keeps leakage in check, etc. The disposable underwear isn't necessarily for gushes (or full bladder) of liquid but for light-to-moderate needs. Anything that exceeds the capacity of these incontinence underwear needs to look into ones that can withstand heavy Absorbancy. I like to wear incontinence underwear on my menstrual days, which keeps fluid/blood from passing onto my bed sheets. Needless to say, I'd need to change the underwear often due to the heavy flow. But on a day to day basis, I tend to change them at least a few times a day. There haven't been any signs of irritation during usage. I've worn the underwear underneath dark clothing, long dresses, and jeans. I wouldn't want to become embarrassed with it being seen through my clothing or a short dress/skirt if the wind happens to be quite windy that particular day. Overall, I found the disposable underwear to be handy in different situations despite the shortcomings.

She has always been against trying products like this because she doesn’t want it to be noticeable. She tried these and was confident wearing them. They don’t feel bulky and she didn’t feel self-conscious like everyone would know. They are comfortable and breathable, and held up well. They didn’t cause any rash or issue with rubbing on the skin. I will definitely be grabbing these to have on hand for her when she comes.

The material is soft as regular underwear. The cotton padding is also very soft and smooth - not scratchy or uncomfortable at all. I noticed no odors and really didn’t notice any bulkiness. The packaging is standard plastic wrapping. I’d recommend for future use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing. They felt very comfortable to wear not only that they moved with your body better and didn’t feel very stiff. They handled a full on accident like it was nothing and there was no odor at all even when checking my skin after for wetness, there was no wetness and bonus no urine smell. It actually had a floral sent to it. It was awesome and completely amazing at the same time. Definitely would recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like these. Always makes great products and I used the briefs prior to these and loved them. I don’t feel 100% secure in these. The back rides up like a thong almost. I definitely don’t want the brief creating bunching up. I didn’t find any scent to them. No odors to indicate someone urinated. I realize these are thin so you can’t see the outline of a brief, but for myself, I would rather the outline than wet pants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were surprisingly cheeky which both made me feel like I could still imagine I’m wearing cute underwear but also a little nervous about bigger spills. I’m short at 5’3” and they rode high on my back so maybe if your rear end is bigger than mine that’s where all the extra fabric comes from. It’s not obvious at first which side is the front but it’s the side with a pretty little lace design at the top edge which was also a nice touch. I’m a size 2/4 pants and these underwear were size S/M.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look and the soft, breathable feel of the top half. The padding protected against leaks and odors well, but was stiff and crunchy. Due to the crunchiness, when I walked you could actually hear the padding crunch, so discretion wasn’t the greatest in quiet places. As the day went on the crunchiness would be less subtle, but I was still self conscious that someone might hear the noise. I felt confident wearing them around the house and at bedtime, but out in public, I went back to wearing my thin pads after the first time wearing one to work.
