The are quick to absorb and have a leg cuff barrier to ensure that liquid is contained. They are lightly scented so that there is no offending odor when the product is used. They have markings so that it's easy to tell front from back and they fit without bulkiness so no one knows you have them on.

Covered my butt and front perfectly. They are very comfortable with no bunching or falling apart. They did not leak and we're very Discreet. These incontinence underwear are not the most comfortable but they do the job. The fabric like material is super stretchy but it still tends to cut in the leg hole area. There is plenty of pad in the underwear which can hold a good amount of fluid. I did notice there is a dark pattern running across the top of the underwear to show you which side is front. The dark pattern is only on the front of the underwear. I also noticed they have a scent which reminds me of baby powder or some type of scented powder. All in all, they are ok.
