The absorptive padding also continues very high up in both the front and the back. No issues experienced with leaks or overfilling.

The sizing fits pretty true to size, but also has some flexibility for up or down sizing a bit. I did take off one star for the interior design of the material as the back of it near my legs did have some slight irritation and itchiness. Overall I think it’s a really great option with excellent coverage, even for overnight use. I would definitely consider purchasing again, if the need arises.
