They are not obvious under clothes and fit nicely. They offered great protection and I had no leaking or accidents. They didn't feel soggy either. They keep you dry. I’m in between a small and medium in other brands and this size fits perfect. Overall very comfortable to wear. They do not make any noise when worn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the smells is a mild vanilla plumeria smell which is amazing. The cotton is comfortable and flexible. I normally wear medium/large underwear but I was sent small/medium and I was still able to stretch the material enough to fit. It is a really thin like underwear but with a maxi pad. So I found these very comfortable but did tear when I dug my nails in to pull up but that was all. Even after a big leak, these held up very well and I still felt dry and did not smell. I am going to try these for my menstrual cycle. I honestly think these are way more comfortable than using a pad at night that shifts around or gets moved around or stuck in the Crack. These have a full front and back coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why I need protection: I have a prolapse which causes my bladder to leak mildly all the time, but moderately with intense activity. I play pickleball and stay busy so having a product that can keep up with me while maintaining my dignity is important. I normally wear liners and pads for this but I was curious what a full brief product could do for me on days when I know I will be a lot more active. My first impression: Upon opening the package and pulling one out is that they look like disposable training pants for toddlers but for adults. I was concerned with the diaper sound when I moved it in my hands but when wearing it I did not notice any sounds. The rear cheeks are a little shy of covering like a granny panty and I think I would actually prefer it to cover a little more of my rump but it worked fine. But did it leak?: I really put these to the test because I know others are needing full protection and the packaging says, “maximum.” I had no leaks at my mild leaking today so I sat on the toilet and peed in it—for science, of course! It technically held in a full bladder’s amount while seated on a toilet but it didn’t all absorb as I could feel the puddle and when I tipped the side down after a minute urine was running out into the toilet. I was able to tear the sides off so I could put in a garbage bag for disposal easily. So, use with caution if using for someone who holds their bladder fairly well until it all comes gushing out. A low to moderate leaky bladder issue would be fine as you would have time to change before having a panty crisis. What size?: I got a large 14-20. I am 5’7” and 200 lbs. What else do I need to know?: the decoration on the top front is now you know it’s the top front. They don’t look just like real undies of course but they do have a fairly natural fabric feel while wearing and are not super bulky so I found them comfortable to wear. I worked out in my garden and didn’t have to keep pulling them up. They are mildly but pleasantly scented which helps mask the smell of leaky urine. I didn’t experience any discomfort or rashes with use. Would you buy again?: If and when I get to the point where a lighter bladder leakage product doesn’t work, then yes I would.
