I’ve been having issues at night so I wore them at night and when I go to the gym to protect my clothing. They are very absorbent and I didn’t experience any leaks. I recommend you use your die or size up but they are very flexible. I also liked the design on the package. It’s not a simple tear package but a little pull back, which makes storing easier. If you have any of these issues this is a definitely the product for you !

However, I have thick thighs for being a size 6 and the leg holes at times felt like tourniquets. I cut slits to make the holes a little more comfortable but it would be nice if that area was a bit stretchier as well.
