You can still tell they're not regular underwear obviously, they're getting better about them. They're soft. Still feel like wearing a diaper but not as bad. Didn't cause any skin irritation.

They do an absolutely superior job at stopping leaks and messes for not only incontinence but menstruation too. I highly recommend them as long as you are not sensitive to scents. They do have a floral aroma.

It is somewhat soft, but you can tell it is a paper like product. It is thin, however, so it does feel fitted to your body, and if you wear it with a pair of slacks, it would not be detectable.
