They seem to work well and I can wear one pair the whole day without a problem. I think the only problem that I have that I'm not the biggest fan of is the way that they fit on the back side. I kind of wish that the shape of them would fit more like a real pair of underwear, however I don't find them oddly uncomfortable and can slip on regular underwear over top without a problem. I am holding on to these for a hysterectomy that I'm probably going to be getting and these Will come in handy.
