Wearing them all day was not like having a big bulky pad on and could wear them under tighter fitting jeans and Noone knew.

I have occasional nighttime urinary Incontinence and these provide me the security to sleep through the night. They are great when traveling as I don't have to worry about soiling someone else's bed. When I first got them I wore them all day to test the fit and comfort level. I am happy to say that I actually forgot I was wearing them. The fit is true to size.

I’d say they are probably best for someone that struggles with very heavy cycles or that may have had a baby or recently surgery? They are comfortable and stretchy. They do feel like a diaper- I personally wouldn’t wear out in public. I wear at night time. They offer great leak protection and have a light clean scent.
