They’re very comfortable and you can hardly tell your wearing them, they were designed well. They are quick absorbing, odor controlling and you can wear knowing your protected!! Discreet, long lasting, and comfortably all a must!!

Recently I tried Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear, Peach. They are very comfortable, and offer great protection.

The fit of extra large is great for someone who wears XL in underwear. The black lace design is cute, could be a little darker but works fine.

I did get a size larger for postpartum use as needed. I would recommend doing some research before buying to make sure you get the correct size. Otherwise, these were perfect for the job!

Ladies I promise if your flow is so heavy you leak at night or tired of getting up to change ur pad/tampon!! Pls try these, they’re cute. Simple and super comfortable to wear. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first introduction to leak protection underwear. I was surprised at how lightweight and comfortable they were. There are rows of elastic up and down the front and back but stop at the crotch. The legs have two rows of elastic. One sits on the outside and the other one holds the pad secure. They are form fitting and easy to step in and out of. There is a nice light scent and odors are neutrals right away. They fit under most of my clothes without showing. I’m not sure I needed the maximum liner pad as I mostly have wetness problems during hard exercise. The pad was a bit wide in the crotch and not as flexible as a lighter one would have been(that’s the reason for 4 stars). I am 5’4” and long waisted and they fit well. I wish these had been around when I had postpartum issues. They would have made it much easier and cuter.

I like that they are unscented as the scented one normally make that area down there itchy. My period are mostly heavy and those pads were my savors.  I slept like a baby and still stayed dry in the next day. There are many underwear period panties onthe market but none of them are so fashionable like Always.  They are so comfortable in those that sometimes I forgot I were wearing panty. They are  very secures. I wore them during camping night and it waz never leaked.

Many mature women start to have light bladder leaks and this type of underwear is perfect for occasions when you will be out of the house or away from a restroom for extended periods of time. This type of underwear product is actually too cute to think they're for protection. i will need them from time to time.
