I have had four c-sections and so even sometimes when I sneeze or cough I unfortunately have small bladder leaks. These are actually very comfortable and pretty padded but are discreet under clothing as long as it’s not too tight. I did think that they looked a lot prettier on the package then once I opened them. But despite that, they work well, and for me well.

My only downfall with these was I woke up one morning as soon as I stood up the blood just poured down my leg. The pad in it self was not full by any means it just leaked out of the side. But I do like these for sleeping in otherwise.

I was a little disappointed on the design though honestly. They look much more faded than the picture. They look less like underwear and more like a pull up, but they get the job done! The "panty" is realistic in feeling, and if you know, you know. They are a great fit and hold like they are supposed to. They are affordable and leaves you worry free.
