When I do heavy lifting, especially deadlifts, I often leak a little. I’ve been using panty liners, but sometimes they just aren’t enough and it can be embarrassing to leak in a gym full of men! I was excited to try these Discreet Underwear with the free sample form Influenster and Always because it was a great way to see if this product would solve my need. And boy did they work! My gym posts the work out the night before, so I looked for heavy lifting days and made sure to wear these Discreet Underwear on days that I thought I may have a leaking problem. They were very comfortable and I didn’t really notice much of a difference from regular underwear. They fit well and were not noticeable outside of my clothes. They didn’t make any sound when I moved or sat down, which had always been a concern. Even under my tight gym clothes, you couldn’t see them! I did a lot of heavy lifting in these Always Discreet Underwear and they withstood the test. Even when I did leak during my workouts, they held everything. We lift before the rest of the workout and even when I had already peed in them, they didn’t leak at all throughout the rest of the workout. I asked a few of my lady friends in the class and they had no idea I was wearing them. I was very impressed that they worked so well and didn’t leak during some intense CrossFit workouts! I will certainly be purchasing these again and recommend them to any woman who has pelvic floor issues and doesn’t want them to be noticed at the gym!

The underwear is comfortable to wear, with soft materials that are gentle on the skin. However, I did find them to be a bit bulkier than I anticipated. While not a major issue, it's something to consider if you prefer a more discreet fit.

You can not tell that you are wearing incontinence underwear reason they happen to see your underwear they still won't know. These are so stylish and fit just the same... I hate that I need these but so happy that Discreet offers these.

I am so grateful for the Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear. They fit well, have a very discreet feel and don’t feel it look overly bulky. They’re super soft and have a fun little edging to look more like actual underwear. They’re a very trusting pair of safety underwear for me to wear when needed.

The design is great looks like panties. They are very absorbent for the purpose she is using them for. I’d recommend for postpartum as well as for elder care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are nothing like underwear. There are side seams on the outside, are a very vivid peach color and have a very wide bunching crotch. The upper part is comfortable enough. They did not cover my backside "cheeks". One did have a loose piece in the back that felt like an itchy tag. The center front and back were a higher rise (bellybutton) than my pants. The crotch is so wide and the elastic doesn't hold it in place well enough. No matter what the sides of the crotch would creep inward till there was nowhere to go and created a large area of bunch so that it was no longer flat against my body. These did not make me feel confident.

These have been a lifesaver for her, especially at night. She says they are soft, absorbent and easy to remove and dispose of. She likes the pretty designs and says they make it feel a bit less like a “diaper.”
