I have these to my mom she said they worked great with leaks just have to get used to them the panties fit good but way different than wearing regular panties she wears them to sleep in because she sometimes has a hard time making it to the bathroom especially at nighttime so these panties are a big help for her and she plans to purchase more and recommends them for difficulties making it to the bathroom and staying dry.

It's thinner than the generic ones out there so you don't have the bulk you otherwise have. It also has a light scent so odors are a thing of the past. I'd suggest downsizing a little bit because I'm usually an XL in panties but these were a little big for my liking. It would have been a perfect fit if it had been a L. Other than that, they're wonderful. I'll definitely be buying them again!!
