I especially like these when traveling as I live in a rural area and bathrooms might be somewhat far apart. These definitely relieve my stress of making it to a restroom in time and no one knows you are wearing them.

I want to start by saying the color and design is great! It’s super cute and nice looking. I am about 5’6’ 195 lbs and the XL honestly just fit a little better but that doesn’t mean this product is bad. Just want to give reference for others to have. These are very very comfortable. I forget I’m wearing them all together. Man I’m in my mid to late 30s and I don’t like pads because they bunch up and are a mess and I don’t use tampons anymore. This is the best thing i could have found. It doesn’t feel like you’re wearing anything other than a thicker pair of underwear seriously. No worries the entire day. No anxiety throughout the day. I’m forgot I even had them on while using them. They are especially good for bedtime use. I will be using all of these and try yea will be becoming my new daily use for my monthly times!!

I received this product free from #influenster in exchange for my honest review. I had high hopes for these Always Discreet Boutique incontinence underwear. The biggest disappointment is that the actual underwear does not resemble what is pictured on the packaging. They do have a nice, fabric-like feel to them, which I liked. Another big downfall is the "crinkle" sound. People with incontinence issues are already self-conscious, and the crinkling sound does not help. As far as the fit is concerned, they do fit well. Coverage is great, and the absorbancy is good, too. These underwear are "lightly scented"- the scent is not overpowering, either. Overall, they're okay, but for claiming this to be "boutique," I really expected more.

They are a great solution for events where a pad may not be enough to stay dry. They are very absorbent and are concealed under clothing. I honestly do not see a difference in the way my pants look or fit with or without them. The waistline is high enough to be discreet and stay put. They are scented, and I am neutral on the scent. I don't love it, but I don't hate it. They are soft and nonirritating.

This 9 pack of Always discreet underwear is a good solution for those with incontinence, post pregnancy, or other leaking issues that don’t want to have insecurities about it looking and feeling like a diaper. I am 5’7.5” and have an ample rear and this XL size would be perfect with women with same build. It has a nice stretch yet bounces back into shape to avoid leakage. Cute design and peach color but honestly who is going to see it? It’s nice that Always kept integrity for potentially embarrassing situations and conditions and incontinence items have come a long way… thankfully. I am a fan of Always in numerous categories…period pads, liners etc and this is another good yet practical item for women.

I was always skeptical if they would hold up well for me and they did wonderfully! I can venture out from home and not worry about being embarrassed. Not only do they work, but they are also very comfortable and not noticeable under cloths.
