The only drawback for me is because I am full figured woman they didn’t cover my buttocks all the way. They pulled on easy and conformed to my natural body shape.

My only downfall with these was I woke up one morning as soon as I stood up the blood just poured down my leg. The pad in it self was not full by any means it just leaked out of the side. But I do like these for sleeping in otherwise.

These are great to use in pregnancy to catch those embarrassing leaks, postpartum, and even during periods.
