[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t have problems with urinary incontinence but I wore it during my period and was good. The only problem is the size. It’s too big. If you wear XL pants or underwear I would recommend to get the size M or L.

The underwear are very well-made. There is a cute black design on the front band. The underwear are very absorbable and can hold lots of liquid. They come in a beautiful peach color. I feel the price is very reasonable for the product we are getting. On the side of the package there is a sizing reference guide I feel that the sizing reference guide is true to size and they fit beautifully. I do not find them to be big or bulky.

Perhaps a different size would have been better. I still think these would work for leaks and periods and might be especially great for postpartum moms.

The leak-proof protection is really absorbent and the pads have a hidden core that turns liquid to gel... also I love that it blocks odors!! I highly recommend it.

The longest and heaviest visit from Aunt Flo, she has no mercy. The undies the hospital give aren’t very good at holding what is coming out. Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear, Peach not only are absorbent but she said they are so comfortable. She was so happy to have these for her visit. She felt secure enough to sleep in them and they didn’t make her look like she even had them on.
