They aren't bulky like some incontinence underwear and everyone can tell or you have to wear long shirts to cover them up.

Because her periods are heavy and she always leaks at night. But not any more, she loves them. She said they are comfy and she doesn't have to worry about a mess when she wakes up. I know they are designed more for urine leakage, but they work just as good with periods.
