[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually thought these were period panties, so thought I would have no use for them; however, I ended up getting very ill (bedridden) and these came in so handy. I wasn’t able to get up super quickly, so using them while having to walk slowly to the restroom while sneezing came in clutch. The color and design is cute and wasn’t embarrassing, and they are not bulky. Easy to toss out without filling the bin super quickly. I honestly think these are great and got some for my Nana who uses incontinence underwear due to her age and mobility (she hates the sight of the ones she has because she says they look like diapers). She was so pleased when I brought hers (different size) to her. Funny how something a lot of us don’t think about can make someone feel more self-secure. I would definitely recommend these to anyone needing this type of support.

Stays put and is very absorbent. A little bulky in the crotch but no more than pads and sooooo much more comfy! These I will keep on hand.

Amazing for postpartum! High waisted for comfort after a cesarean section and very absorbent. If I needed something for incontinence or overactive bladder, I would definitely choose these as well. They're discrete under clothing just like the name. Half the stuff I was wearing m, I couldn't tell I had them on in the mirror. These were awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I don't have bladder leaks, I do suffer from extremely heavy periods with large clots due to PCOS. Aside from being for bladder leakage, Always Discreet Boutique Underwear are great for heavier flow days or nights. When a pad or tampon just won't do, these underwear are absorbent and keep you dry and leak free. I also used these for the first 2 weeks post-partum, and they were a life saver! Very comfortable and look more like "real" underwear. The only downside is that they can trap the heat in warmer weather.

The feel is the excellent with the right amount of fresh scent for odor control. The packaging is cute and discreet on its own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying Always Zzz pads and I love them. I like that they are unscented as the scented one normally make that area down there itchy. My period are mostly heavy and those pads were my savors.  I slept like a baby and still stayed dry in the next day. There are many underwear period panties onthe market but none of them are so fashionable like Always.  They are so comfortable in those that sometimes I forgot I were wearing panty. They are  very secures. I wore them during camping night and it waz never leaked.

Don’t quite need to wear them all day, but I tried them during exercising (because that when I’m prone to have a lil accident) and they did a great job at keeping me clean. The design is great, and although it’s not as comfortable as regular cotton undies, they’re fantastic for the more needs the cotton underwear undies.
