They are very thin and super absorbent and I loved them because I could carry them in my purse easily and change on demand. I am no longer pregnant so now I use them sometimes after my period claims to have ended but surprises me with a final push or when I had a bad cough last week and leaked each time I had a coughing fit. They are great and I would recommend them to anyone that deals with leakage. I recieved these in Large in exchange for an honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a disease that affects my trachea causing me to cough up mucus all the time and it chokes me, resulting sometimes in a little “sprinkle” here and there. This happens quite often at night and while it doesn’t cause any major problems and isn’t a huge issue, I really wanted to try the Always discreet underwear to help with moments like that. They fit pretty nicely although I do feel like they might be obvious in leggings or certain outfits but for me, I’m wearing them to bed, so I really don’t care what they look like. They worked very well at catching any “off moments” and one evening I even got my period and these helped with that as well. I don’t have a lot of liquid so I can’t speak to massive volumes but for my situation these were nice, fit well, and are easy to dispose of.

Instead of using a pad and the hospital underwear, I used these after birth and they were more comfortable and lasted longer. I bought them in bulk and used them for about a month after I gave birth and they were my go to underwear.

They definitely are feminine in appearance and super soft and lightly scented. The packaging is simple which lends to the discreet side when purchasing, it has size guides and the ones I got are Maximum offering 100% protection! So for those who have bladder control problems, we now have something we can wear feeling protected and secure while keeping with our feminine side! I would recommend trying!
