I have these to my mom she said they worked great with leaks just have to get used to them the panties fit good but way different than wearing regular panties she wears them to sleep in because she sometimes has a hard time making it to the bathroom especially at nighttime so these panties are a big help for her and she plans to purchase more and recommends them for difficulties making it to the bathroom and staying dry.

I sized up and they were a little large. They do come up very high making wearing them with certain clothing difficult. I would wear them with high waisted bottoms if I were to use them again.

Even though these are designed for bladder control and I'm sure they work good for that I use them for when I am on my menstrual. I bleed extremely heavy during the first 2 days and these work great for nightbtime control. They are actually pretty comfortable they don't irrate me at all. They have a light nice scent. Its so frustrating waking up to blood on the sheets and unlike a pad which shifts around while sleeping, these cover everything, stay in place and do the trick.
