[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first use of such underwear and so far I am happy with it. The underwear fits true to size and is very comfortable. We now have summer and I have not been outside for long. But I suspect that maybe summer heat may not make these very comfortable. But inside the house they work well for several hours. I should also not that my bladder issues are not severe, so I am not sure how people with severe bladder leakage may feel about how protective this product is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these to wear postpartum so I could not feel as frumpy as the disposable underwear that they give you in the hospital make you feel. They have a really cute look, a pretty peach color with a lace design on them. They fit nicely and are very comfortable and worked well for sopping up the mess of postpartum. They would work for that or for your cycle or if you have light incontinence issues. Overall, very happy.

They have a beautiful design, and the material is soft, but they show through clothing and can fit a bit snug if you have thicker thighs. It's the main reason I gave it three stars. Other than that, it has great absorbency and wonderful odor control, so that's definitely a plus. I just think it would be an excellent product for a different body type.

I feel like I have gained so much and can move freely when asleep, without the constant fear of those stains.i never have a problem with leaks. The fit nice and snug and I just know.i have extra protection from unwanted situations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a special needs teacher which means I don’t always get to go to the bathroom. I thought these might be nice in case of leakage holding a child or movements that might cause it. They’re not very comfortable but maybe a smaller size, they bunched between my legs. I think I need a small or medium. Somewhat comfortable, but still a diaper. Not positive how effective they are with liquids bc the fit wasn’t right. Hopefully they are, going to try them on my child that started her period early, at night & see if they’re effective for that. 🤞🏻 they are nice looking as far as wearing these.

My only downside to these for leakage or period underwear is the bottom coverage lol they don’t stay in place they keep riding my bum. But maybe I need an ex lrg for my bigger bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear and was very surprised at the comfort and protection that it provided. I can wear these under my dress pants and you cannot tell I have them on like some other incontinence products. They provide the best protection against leaks compared to some others I have tried in the past. The peach color is great under lighter color pants too! I wish I had tried them sooner!

While they fit perfect around the waist they did not fully cover my bottom making it very uncomfortable. I wore them for half a nights sleep. I will say they were absorbent but too uncomfortable to keep on a fully night.
