They are stylish and have a pleasant uplifting scent. I like the fabric feel of the underwear too. They do a great job of protecting me from any leaks. I appreciate the classy design so much. I just think these are the best incontinence underwear that I have ever used. I highly recommend this product for being the best of its kind. Wonderful product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't like the Always Discreet Underwear Boutique Panty. The design was pretty but the material wasn't soft and breathable. I would get it in a size smaller than your normal size since it is bulky and bunches up.

My only downfall with these was I woke up one morning as soon as I stood up the blood just poured down my leg. The pad in it self was not full by any means it just leaked out of the side. But I do like these for sleeping in otherwise.

I got a size large and they are nice and stretchy. They come in a peach color that is perfect under any pants or skirt. I was surprised that they had a light floral fragrance that kept me fresh and clean feeling. These are perfect for everyday use or when you want a little more protection.

However I did wear this for a day and was not impressed. You definitely should go a size below your normal size, and then the design was very disappointing, it is just a different colored adult diaper. I will definitely use pads when the time comes for me to need something of this nature.
