The absorbent area is large and holds over a quart of liquid. The rest of the underwear is form fitting without bulk. No elastic edges so there are no “panty lines” visible through clothing.

There is no embarrassment in wearing these, they feel and look just like regular underwear with all the absorbing benefits! These aren't bulky either so you can wear them under clothes with no worries! What I loved the most is how cozy they are to sleep in! There was no rustling sounds, or area pinch the delicate skin. She loves these Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence underwear. The pad in the underwear draws the liquid away from the body so there is no irritation even though she’s wearing them for 8 plus hours. She likes the fit and the look and the feel. Perfect solution for her for nighttime. I just can’t get her to wear them during the day yet. But I am working on it!

They look pretty much like any disposable underwear (if you’ve had some kinds of surgery then you’re very familiar with them), but because of the material they are a little snug. I will say, I put them on to try them on, walked my dog, and it looked completely normal under my pants.
