It’s an excellent nighttime solution for the first days of heavy discharge. I think it’s very effective for women after childbirth. The laundry model allows you to control leakage. Very nice and attractive design. The panties don't look like ugly disposable panties.

There are no pads out there that can really help with lack of absorption and the leakage that I experience, and so wearing one of these on those days really just does the job. It's a game changer.

You can not tell they are protection underwear. The little flower trim is wonderful. They do a great job!

I have tried numerous different brands which felt like wearing a diaper. The Always Discreet are very comfortable and absorbent. These are undetectable and fit well under your clothes. I cannot recommend the Always products enough. These have given my life back!! I can do anything without the worry of embarrassing accidents.
