[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always discreet boutique incontinence underwear.they are discreet what I like about these is they're like under wear you wear under your clothes it makes you feel more comfortable unlike the incontinence pads that makes you feel uncomfortable and you don't feel like you're wearing a diaper..it's effective if you have accident leakage it will hold it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these today and tried a pair on…they feel like fabric, but they are a bit oversized - they bunch up but only slightly …other than that, they do look like pretty underwear and feel comfortable to wear. While I like the peach color, I’m thinking black with a similar contrasting pattern in white or pink would look nice and be more my style, but these are nice too. These will be great in case I have any future post-surgery need for them or have future bladder leakage issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Always Discreet Underwear as a gift from Influenster and Always in exchange for my honest opinion. These look really cute on the model in the package photo but they don't look like that on me. They look like I'm wearing a cute pair of panties made of paper with poofy seams and a thick pad like diaper on my crotch. I was so self-conscious the entire time I was wearing it. I felt like people could tell I was wearing it. It felt really bulky between my legs. It kept bunching up at my rear and that made my experience even more awkward. These just aren't my cup of tea. They're made pretty well though. They did last throughout the day without tearing or ripping anywhere and they are very absorbent.

They are comfortable and cute design. They seem to absorb well without any leakages. I was kinda excited to try these for when my period came and could use something to be comfortable especially when I’m cramping. Well - they worked! 😆 I wish I had used these when I was pregnant as I had to use the bathroom 500 times a night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m planning on using these postpartum after delivery as they are the perfect disposable panty with a very large area of protection. The material is lightweight and super stretchy so it won’t cut into my stomach. I know these are designed more for incontinence but I’d recommend them for postpartum as well since they can handle a lot of fluid. The only thing I don’t like is that they’re scented. Nothing is going to cover up the odor of urine or discharge so why bother to add more scent to it? I can’t believe companies are still doing this. Get rid of the fragrance!!
