[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The always Discreet Underwear for very well and were rather comfortable for the four hour drive. They absorbed well as my clothes were dry. The design is cute in comparison to others. It helps to give you a little dignity. I would buy again.

They actually fit like real underwear yet do the job they were designed for. They are not thick and uncomfortable like some other brands. I would highly recommend this .

When I wore my jeans you could tell I had the on.They hung loosely and this made them very noticeable. I did have the right size for me,just seem so bulky. They did absorb very well.

The pattern on the stretchy brief is the only thing i liked, the bunching of a brief with a little dampness on it was very uncomfy.

These underwear are so soft and comfortable. They look and feel just like underwear. I can now go out or just sleep at night knowing that there will be no leaking.

Would I use them in a pinch? Yes. I think I still prefer a pad. They seem a little more discreet than I feel these are.

As we approach the warmer months having some protection for my embarresing moments and smells are great. Second is I have extreme heavy periods and this provide some extra support to an otherwise uncomfortable time.
