As I've gotten older, I have found that at night, while sleeping, I've started having light incontinence. These panties are very discreet, soft and comfortable. They aren't big and bulky and are very comfortable. I wake up feeling fresh and not like I am wearing a diaper.

I would say however, that they're not very breathable and so you may find yourself sweaty in all the wrong places

If you’re looking for a diaper, then these are great. But labeling them as underwear is so misleading because they’re nothing like underwear. I’ve seen period underwear before that are much more like underwear. This is literally a diaper. False advertising.

I used these when I had my menstrual cycle. Some people swear by these. I will admit that they are comfortable and I didn't have any leaks. They just aren't for me at this stage in my life.
