They aren't bad, but I feel they are a little flimsy and the comfort feels like I am wearing a weird pad. Note, this has nothing to do with their obsorbacy. I refined these for light to medium bleeding or bladder issues.

I had a few requirements and was lucky to discover the Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear, Peach. It is comfortable to wear, discrete because it looks like nice regular underwear, and most importantly it is very absorbent.

They have a nice design, are very thin, but give the feeling of confidence when I wear them. They fit and feel like regular underwear, not a diaper. These are also great for that time of the month when you don’t want to wear a bulky pad. Always underwear blend with my clothing, without a bulky feeling, plus have amazing absorbency.

I have a spinal cord injury and it comes with the added fun of incontinence. I've tried other brands, but it takes a feminine products company to make the better ones. They are soft and comfortable and with the added gel, they absorb a lot. It's not for heavy incontinence but will be effective up to moderate incontinence. They come in this peach color and black. They hug you but don't constrict.

The design is pretty and look nice . The absorbency is great and they have odor control as well . I absolutely love them and I totally recommend them! I will be buying more soon !!

I understand they are quite comfortable and seem to control odor and absorb well even for probably about 8-12 hours depending on how much fluid intake they have. I think she could’ve used a medium size but the large weren’t terribly big. I honestly can’t comment on the comfort personally but I haven’t heard any complaints.

A lovely peach color and decorative trim will help make you forget what you are wearing, and the trim fit is comfortable. Most important is how absorbant they are with no leaks or odors letting you be comfortable and confident no matter what youare doing.

The design is great and I can wear it longer and not feel irritate my skin. Also, I can wear it overnight, and no leaking issue at all. Overall I highly recommend this product!

I have been extremely sick during my pregnancy. Vomiting from 6 weeks-38 weeks. When I vomit, I lose lower body control and urinate myself numerous times. :( I have suffered through so many underwear and pad changes. Wish I would’ve made the switch sooner. I originally bought these for postpartum recovery bleeding, but today I broke them out after urinating myself for the millionth time! So glad I did.
