The new Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear look just like regular under, And are really comfortable to ware. While I have them on you can't even tell like you normally would with other brands, and I feel secure all day long.

My mom is older and has been having some issues but up until now has been refusing to use these. While the product itself more closely resembles the post partum products used at a hospital that stretch to hold in ice packs, this beige color with accented trim attempts to camouflage this product. It is pretty comfortable and is easy to change into another one.
