I found Always Discreet Underwear to be very comfortable. The material feels almost like cotton. The sizing is perfect and once on the material forms to the body. The elastic is very sturdy and not binding at all. I would recommend when wearing these to inform TSA before going through the body scanners or x-ray machines as certain areas of the underwear will show up RED on the monitors and extra pat down screening will be necessary. The TSA agent was quite understanding and respectful.

While the product itself more closely resembles the post partum products used at a hospital that stretch to hold in ice packs, this beige color with accented trim attempts to camouflage this product. It’s nice to have underwear instead of pads. The middle section reminds me of a baby’s diaper, but not quite as thick. The panty fits true to size. They are feminine looking, but you have to expect that they will not be exactly like your own underwear. They are made of a stretchy, soft, durable gauzy fabric. Inside there is a super absorbent core that turns liquid to gel to absorb leaks. You feel protected and as pretty as you can in this situation. If there is a scent, it is very light because I usually do not like scented products but these are fine. They are absorbent and made well. So much better than soiled underwear or traditional adult diapers. I think they are worth the money you spend to give you the confidence that you won’t have an embarrassing moment,
