These are much more comfortable than wearing an incontinence pad. If I sneeze, cough too much, laugh or jump on anything my bladder leaks and sometimes it’s not just a dribble and I have found that the underwear offer more coverage and are more absorbent than than the bladder leak pads. They did not show under my jeans, dresses or leggings.

I don't have to worry if my pad is going to leak or not, as long as I know I have these underwear I don't have to worry! These are comfortable and they are very absorbent! I would definitely recommend this product to give a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were so comfortable that I forgot they were disposable. Really came in handy recently after having bladder surgery. I loved the color, the feel of them and the look they were very discreet and felt like regular underwear. Great product.

My mom says these does the job, but does not understand why they only make 2 sizes: 1) small/ medium and 2) large. The sm/med is on the small side and the large is too big. I don’t understand that either. WHY?? Hopefully the manufacturer will look into that and change that.

I got them in a size medium, and they fit perfectly. They are soft and comfortable and no see-through when wearing tighter fabrics and leggings.

The wrap around elastic keeps them in place no matter how you move, with no riding or pinching. They are soft and light, feeling like regular underwear. I experience light leakage occasionally, and these provide me with total protection. And they are pretty!
