I received these and used them post operative, for piece of mind. The style & design made them not feel like “adult diapers” and a little more youthful. Great product, will buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for women who have bladder control problems. It's almost like the standard "diaper" that insurance covers with a few added details. It's thinner than the generic ones out there so you don't have the bulk you otherwise have. It also has a light scent so odors are a thing of the past. I'd suggest downsizing a little bit because I'm usually an XL in panties but these were a little big for my liking. It would have been a perfect fit if it had been a L. Other than that, they're wonderful. I'll definitely be buying them again!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a hospital visit recently and couldn’t get out of bed. The hospital doesn’t use diapers so I tried these. They were good but the fit was a bit awkward. They also did leak out a few times because of this but then had lots of room in the front for pee but not as much coverage for my butt. I also got an infection but that happens if you don’t change them right away and I didn’t since I was sleeping and my bf had to help change me. Overall, I would try this brand but not this cut for me.

I got the peach color and it has a nice pattern on the waistline. They are very soft and flexible and provide substantial absorption. These would also be great for postpartum use. The nice color and pattern keep you looking pretty while serving its purpose of keeping you dry. Nicely done Always!

The underwear is easy to wear, can fit under many types of bottoms clothes. Very comfortable is like regular panties.
