I got them a few days ago when I was discharged from hospital. As a male I have to wear them now because I have issues with my pelvic muscles. The design and the bow it's too feminine for me but so discreet under my jeans and my clothes. All my men's underwear it's gone and now I wear feminine protective underwear. I prefer a feminine bow and style than my jeans wet due to a leak.

I knew it was going to be hard for the first few days getting in and out of bed to go to the restroom. These work well and absorb well and did not have any leaks.
