[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a caregiver for my aging mom so I’m always looking for the best comfortable and convenient incontinence briefs for her. I tried the Alaways Discreet underwear briefs. I found that they performed as expected. There were no leaks and were of average comfort. They were lightly scented but nothing obnoxious. I must say I honestly expected more as far as the claim of being like underwear. I couldn’t completely agree with that claim since they feel and look as any typical incontinence brief would. My mom didn’t complain that they were not comfortable but I guess I expected a softer feel to the material. “The lace” look on the front is only printed on the brief. Overall the performance was good. The comfort was a expected but the esthetic could use an upgrade.

I love that they look and basically feel like regular underwear. I work in a very busy practice, and they never bunched up on me or moved around. And best of all, they don't smell as some of the padded underwear can. I will definately purchase again!

These underwear are the protection I need for bladder control and for heavy cycles. They are discreet enough I can wear in public with out having to fear about leakage. They are comfy and are not bulky like adult diapers.

They are great are I have never bled through while wearing them. My only concern is they seem to pinch my thighs but not enough for me to stop buying them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These overnight pads from “Always” are so amazing! They are long enough so I can sleep without worrying I might leak through the night. The pads are super absorbing but not thick and that’s amazing! I love that these pads are cotton and are healthier. But the best part about it is that they have odor control, how cool is that! I love it, pads are comfortable, fit me perfectly, and absorb great.

The fit is snug, and you’re unable to see the lines. Love how thin and discrete they are. Odor control is good. The colors are much more muted than what is shown on the package. Would highly recommend for occasional leaks (especially for folks that take diuretics,) as period panties, or for postpartum. Kudos, Always. These are a win!
