The ice maker is in the freezer and makes tow size ice cubes. I now have plenty of ice all the time. The refrigerator is very roomy and the door that opens just for the water jug and water is perfect. I make lemon water infused love this feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had his refrigerator for a month. We first saw the Bespoke at a house we rented for July 4th. Our friends were like we are going home and buying one. We had issues with our previous fridge from the day we installed it. The tech told us that we purchased the first year and there are a bunch of problems. We are so excited to have the Bespoke. Our previous fridge had the drawer which we really liked. I created another zone for the compression which could have contributed to some of our issues. Our kids are becoming teenagers so I don't know we need the drawer as much, so we got the 3 door. We all love the beverage center. The one thing we do not like is the bottom drawers are wider then the doors so we have to open both doors to open the drawer. BTW - our friends did purchase one after we got ours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very satisfied with my Bespoke 3 door French Door Fridge. I especially enjoy the filtered water dispenser and pitcher. And I love the layout of the drawers and the garage door shelf that enables me to put taller things there when needed. I also love looking at the reflective white glass doors, and seeing a reflection of things in the vacinity of the fridge. I get a a reflection of the window and plants on windowsill and the trees outside and birds sitting on a wire in the yard. I also love the choice of having large and small ice. It's so convenient to have the size ice I want for whatever I am drinking. The delivery guys that brought the Refrigerator were very thoughtful, careful in installing and moving the old fridge out. And they were very congenial and agreeable to do what I needed to have them do.

After careful review of dimensions, we found we had to forgo the 4-door flex series and opted for this model instead. While I certainly miss the 'flex' compartment which we highly utilized for breads, some veggies and various adult beverages, this counter depth French Door model has lived up to the Samsung Refrigerator reputation and has many of the options we desired such as the auto-filling 'bottomless' in door water pitcher and dual sized ice makers (without the problematic dispenser through the door issues).

the product is awesome! much different with no handles, but the overall sleek look is nice. the automatic water dispensing pitcher is a luxury you wouldnt think about initially but its very handy. the dual ice maker is great. i like the option. the ice bites are great if you like to eat ice. overall, very newt product. we are very satisfied.

The pitcher is a game changer in a busy house full of teenagers and their friends. Whether athletes filling their sport thermoses, tabletop lunches or my never ending cool crisp lemon or cucumber water, the pitcher I thought would be a novelty quickly became a necessary fixture in our daily lives. It has changed the way we consume water from grabbing a plastic bottle to filling our glass or stainless water bottles. The fridge offers great organization throughout, shelves, door bins and freezer, all with easy access save one lower drawer which requires both fridge doors to be open while in use, the other three do not. The ice option was another feature I didn't think much of until I had it bc ice is ice, until it's not. You will be surprised. It is a quiet running fridge, including water and ice fill. And the glass panels are gorgeous and so easy to keep clean. This is a great appliance. Bonus was the ease of ordering, constant communication and the most professional delivery I have ever experienced. Top notch from Samsung. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our new refrigerator. The feature I like the most is the automatic refillable pitcher and the water inside the door. Nice sleek front. I do have one improvement that Samsung could make that would make it even better. When you open the front of the left door to get to the pitcher or water feature, that small door ALWAYS tries to close on you. If there was a way to create a stop on the door that gives when you want to close it, this refrigerator would be perfect.
