It’s very sleek and modern looking, and the water/ice dispensers work well. It took a little while to get used to the lack of visible handles but it’s a great talking point and is a clean look.

One standout feature is Samsung's decision to relocate the ice machine from the door or inside the refrigerator to the freezer compartment, a move that not only optimizes storage space within the refrigerator but also enhances its reliability. After using it for a month and a half, I'm pleased to report that I haven't encountered any significant issues apart from a minor misalignment of the doors, which is a negligible inconvenience. Admittedly, in the realm of modern appliances, concerns about long-term reliability can arise due to factors like build quality and a lack of quality control. However, my optimism about this refrigerator's durability remains intact, especially considering the recommendations for this unit from a few maintenance technicians.

the product is awesome! much different with no handles, but the overall sleek look is nice. the automatic water dispensing pitcher is a luxury you wouldnt think about initially but its very handy. the dual ice maker is great. i like the option. the ice bites are great if you like to eat ice. overall, very newt product. we are very satisfied.

The sleek design was an immediate eye opener for us the auto fill water pitcher is my best friend. Plenty of space and ways to customize and arrange all of your goods the way you want. I’m happy with our choice and we also are set to receive additional door panels for more customization options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Fridge after my Whirlpool failed after a short 5 year life. There are several factors that made me choose the Bespoke. For one, the physical size was the exact same as my Whirlpool with the exception that it has over 6 cubic feet more internal storage. That was a huge bonus. I am very pleased that the ice makers are internal to the freezer again. These refrigerators with built in door ice/water dispensers do not hold up nearly as well in comparison. The concealed beverage center is an added bonus. It gives the refrigerator a sleek exterior appearance with the convenience of a water dispenser and pitcher. It's also a nice touch that the water pitcher has an infusing section for making various types of infused water. The added benefit the panels are replaceable for either repair or if you have a kitchen remodel to change it's appearance. This is by far one of Samsung's best designs for a refrigerator.

The quick access door, the shelf dimensions and the ice in the freezer. My only complaint is that the alarm is too loud but once it's left open by accident I will be thankful for it. Hoping it lasts us a long time like our previous Samsung fridge.

We bought this refrigerator and fell in love with the features. We love the idea of changing colors. Glass is much easier to keep clean than stainless!! However one of my shelves the white decorative design is coming off. Well customer service just can't figure out what shelf to send me… I've had 2 wrong ones sent after numerous phone calls. I'm at my wits end. Bottom line product is good but if you need to deal with customer DON'T!!! Deal with the problem or buy something else.

You choose from a variety of colors and finishes to add some personality to your kitchen, and you get a lot of room in your fridge and freezer as well as a removable ice tray that makes two different types of ice.
