It looks very expensive, but it isn't 😃. We got a great deal on it, and everything remains well-organized and accessible. Managing the temperatures isn't difficult either. I truly love it! The flat-panel design with recessed handles gives a seamless, high-end built-in look without the custom-cabinet price tag. ​But it’s the layout and daily utility that really win you over. The interior feels massive compared to standard French door models with the same footprint. The adjustable and slide-in shelving makes it incredibly easy to fit tall items, and the dual auto ice maker (offering both classic cubed ice and smaller 'Ice Bites') ensures you're always ready to host. Temperatures in both the fridge and freezer stay perfectly steady, keeping produce fresh significantly longer. It’s quiet, energy-efficient, and easily the centerpiece of the home. If you are on the fence about upgrading, do it—it lives up to every bit of the hype.

Large capacity, room for everything. Not sure about the design of the ice tray, cubes get trapped under or next to it. I like the drawer for it though and the hidden water dispenser. I love that the panels can be changed out for another color.

Has plenty of room compared to my last Samsung. Easy to open and close the doors and drawer. Keeps everything cold, but not frozen. Only negatives I have found are that some shelves are impossible to clean if anything gets under the glass. Also, the left door always had to be closed first, as the seal does not come back on its own like its supposed to, no matter how much we try to add/remove the discs/washers for balancing.

Only to learn hinges are bent on doors and told not covered under warranty. Wearable item. Wished the freezer capacity was bigger or deeper. Spent a lot of money on this fridge. Would not buy it again.
