Got the fridge primarily for more capacity, but found it cooled way faster than expected! Its super accessible to reach the beverage center which works great for our household! Love the customization we can set up the interior. Ice consistency is also great and we love the feature!

Absolutely love everything about this model! Alot of space! Love the smart things app! I can control my fridge with my app! Love the option to change door colors. Beverage center is always ready to use and super easy to access that. Cooling temps are exactly what it says. Water filter is consistent with what the label reads as far as when to change. Everything about this gridge is accessable.

Overall it works well I like how it is cooling and keeps food fresh but only minus I see is that it doesn't have sensor of detecting that ice cabin is full and do not need more it keeps produce ice cubes and you have to turn it off to stop it while you will use all ice

Visually, it is an absolute home run. The customizable panels completely transformed the look of my kitchen, and the massive 30 cubic feet of storage space handles groceries effortlessly. The dual ice maker (especially the Ice Bites) is fantastic and highly reliable.However, the AutoFill water pitcher inside the Beverage Center has been a recurring headache. It frequently stops filling completely or only fills up halfway. After some troubleshooting, I discovered the issue is incredibly finicky—condensation or a tiny bit of spilled water triggers the moisture leak sensor in the tray below, completely shutting off the water line to prevent a flood.Every time this happens, I have to pull out the pitcher, completely dry out the tray compartment with a towel or cool hairdryer, and make sure the tiny rubber drain plug underneath is empty before it decides to work again. While it is an easy fix once you know what to do, a premium refrigerator shouldn't require this much manual maintenance just to get a cold pitcher of water.If you are buying this for the flawless convenience of a self-filling pitcher, be prepared to baby it. Otherwise, the cooling performance, ice production, and sleek aesthetics make it a great fridge overall.

While its capacity is great for my household of 8 but being able to fit tall items from bulk stores is difficult. The unit cooled quickly.

Overall it has been a great piece. However thee ice maker has not been so good. This model has a dual ice maker. The larger size went out after 2.5 years. Now just after 4.5 years the freezer doesn't seem to be staying cold. And the ice isn't making any at all. I love the smart features but, this has never told me there is anything wrong with freezer section.

Bought this a month ago and just got it a few days ago. After the fridge was delivered I noticed a manufacturing defect. The middle latch isn't long enough to engage in the door so it doesn't shut and causes condensation inside the fridge.

I love the design and the brand, but after owning this refrigerator for nearly a month, the ice maker is not functioning properly. It never reaches its designated capacity and consistently underperforms compared to the fridge it replaced. We are reaching out to request service.
