I've only had one problem with the small ice cubes not coming out but it fixed itself on its own so probably just clogged. I did spill a soda on one of the racks and cannot remove it to clean which is annoying. I do love the two types of ice cubes as well as the water dispensing/ water pitcher. I change the filter every six months and it's not difficult. Overall a great fridge.

Homeschool family of 5! This fridge has upgraded us in many ways! I just love the glass panel feature to change styles, also love the beverage center it makes life easier! We use the fridge as our marker board to school on and the kids have a blast! We also use chalk markers to have fun with holiday art! Lastly we did have issues with the ice maker not producing enough ice, but a tech was out in no time and removed and replace the icemaker and we now have more ice. We are about 6months into having this fridge and I cannot be anymore happier with my choice! I also got the rebate for free replacement glass panels of my choice! I picked the morning blue on top of my classic white! Win win! I also love how you gave the option to make them customizable with images like family photos, I will be considering this in the near future! Thank you Samsung for taking care of your customers!

Problems since day one. Ice maker replaced under warranty. Is now out again and having to pay an appliance company to repair/replace. Doors do not close property. Have to push out flap on left door every time to get it to seal right. Hate this Fridge!!

We have no issues after a month of operation. Our friends also got the same one after they saw ours. We got a white one and they got the blue one.

this fridge will leak on you... just after the warranty, and samsung will not do anthing to support. they will pass you to a seperate company for original parts and they will inflate the prices on you! beautiful fridge... will notls on you! and do you self a favor and look at a brand more reliable and with better support that cares.
